A Case of Persistent Pulmonary Consolidation

strated bronchial wall thickening in both the right and left lower lobes with multiple micronodular densities, best seen in the posterobasilar segment of the left lower lobe, suggestive of bronchiolar disease ( fig. 3 ). Bronchoscopy demonstrated no endobronchial abnormality. Five transbronchial biopsies were taken, under fluoroscopy guidance, from the lateral segment of the middle lobe. What is your diagnosis?
