The typical leading edge slat is a system of single degree of freedom with redundant drivers.During work process,uncoordinated movement in both sides may lead to the whole mechanism seizure,which has the bad influence on the performance of the aircraft.Therefore,based on multiple software platforms,a parametric rigid-flex coupling model for the slat was established.By simulation,dynamic response of the mechanism in the typical case and the influence that the speed and the size of the gear impacted on the slat can be obtained.Finally,regarding movement seizure as typical failure mode and selecting the speed of gear and gear pitch circle radius as random variables,Monte-Carlo method was used to solve the reliability and the sensitivity of the slat mechanism,though which,the seizure reliability of the system and the normalized sensitivity was obtained.The results can provide some references for the performance evaluation and further optimization of the slat.
