Optimal Energy Efficiency and Throughput on Partially Reversible Pipelined QCA Circuits

Editor’s note: The low-power aspects for Quantum-dot Cellular Automata (QCA) devices are evaluated and discussed. The optimal power and throughput tradeoff is presented in the manuscript. Especially the complex parameterization of the QCA circuit is an important topic which is discussed in the manuscript.----Michael Hübner, Brandenburg University of Technology
