야지차량의 기동성 분석을 위한 대용량 휠 실험장치 개발

This study deals with the development of a wheel test device for analyzing mobility of an off-road vehicle. The driving force and wheel load of this device are intended to be similar to those of an actual vehicle to obtain the improved results for its mobility. To this end, the high power AC motor, the tire of an all-terrain vehicle, and the high wheel load were used in this device. In addition, the sensors for measuring traction force, displacement, and wheel motion were employed to calculate the variables such as drawbar pull, slip ratio, and wheel sinkage, which are related to the mobility. This test device is expected to yield the improved results for analyzing the mobility of an off-road vehicle.
