다물체 동역학 해석을 이용한 기계식 프레스의 구동토크 예측

The mechanical type press machine is generally applied in various industries for forming materials such as sheet metal with plastic deformation by compressive force. This kind of press machine should be designed precisely, since driving parts and frames of the machine need to be able to endure considerable stress than other machine tools. It is especially necessary to calculate the accurate operating torque at the maximum compression that is required for designing the motor of the press machine. In this paper, operating torque of 2000-ton mechanical type press machine is studied by comparing result from kinematic equation and numerical analysis.
