Promoting the Scientific Development of Hospital Talent Cultivating with the Scientific Spirit

Combining with the actual condition of special hospital,the author discussed the development orientation,independent innovation and the building of disciplines and talents by the background of emancipating the mind.Some suggestions were also put forward to promote the development and talent building.
