The purpose of this study was to analyze the user satisfaction investigation about Gunsan Tour program. Gunsan city has long history and has beautiful landscape and providing many tour programs to tourists. By analyzing satisfaction investigation, we will find out which subject have effect to tourists making them visit Gunsan and suggest elements to another city.
