A Versatile Wide Bandwidth CCIII Structure for CMOS Technology

A CMOS realization for current coveyor III, suitable for high frequency analog signal processing applications, is described. The proposed circuit has current transfer range from–0.25 mA to 0.25 mA with 200 MHz current transfer bandwidth. It consumes a power of 7 mW P-Spice simulations confirm these results.
