Stationary, spherically and axially symmetric spin waves in the continuum Heisenberg spin system

The spherically symmetric stationary case of the continuum Heisenberg ferromagnetic spin chain is shown to be exactly solvable and possesses static spin-wave-type solutions. The axially symmetric stationary case is also found to admit a class of standing spin waves.
