Analysis of Compound Perforation/HEGF Technology Based on Measured Dynamic Pressure Data

To get accurate understanding and quantitative analysis for dynamic process of downhole compound perforation,and to deeply study the perforating/fracturing mechanism of compound perforator,numerous downhole tests were carried out.Three type perforating/fracturing completion data of built-in type hybrid perforating,sleeve type perforating,deflagration fracturing type was acquired in real time,using high speed downhole multi-parameter tester.The function process was analyzed according to the operational technical parameters.The results show that,typical peak pressure of them is between 30~140 MPa,and the pressure pulse lasting time is different from each other: deflagration fracturing type has the longest event time 305 ms,built-in type hybrid perforating last time is about 10 ms.Numerous measured data displays that explosive charge weight and initiation way is the key parameter for the downhole dynamic pressure feature of perforator and fracturing bomb.Data for sleeve type perforating and deflagration fracturing is measured for the first time in the country.
