Analysis and Application of Environmental Impact Evaluation System for Biomass Power Generation Based on TOPSIS Method

With the extensive application of biomass power generation, there is great significance to evaluate the impact of biomass power generation on environmental. Through analysis various of affecting factors, this paper puts forward the environmental impacts evaluation index system of biomass power generation, which is scientific comprehensive and reasonable. The system is built from four aspects, which are gas pollution, solid dust pollution, water pollution and soil and water conservation. And using extreme value method and TOPSIS method, this paper established an evaluation model, and comprehensively evalute environmental impact of biomass power generation. Finally, the selected five biomass power plants in different parts are actually verified, and compared with the national standards.
