In this paper. a multi-channel active noise control (ANC) system using a variable step-size normalized least mean square (VSS-NLMS) algorithm and a noise power scheduling [or online secondary-path modeling (OSPM) is proposed. The proposed approach not only controls the power of additive random noise. but also employs the VSS-NLMS based OSPM filter to reduce the residual output noise. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed approach yields better ANC performance, compared with conventional ANC methods.
