The paper describes board-type furniture enterprise of CAD/CAPP application, discusses transformation from traditional furniture enterprise become to agile manufacturing enterprise , and orders-oriented quickly design and production management's technical elements, including concurrent engineering, product classification model, parameter-driven and model-driven model ,intelligent calculation, a single-layer BOM multi-view structure, multimedia documents unified management , and so on. The author carried out on board-type furniture of modular, technology standardization design, use of concurrent engineering approach to modeling based on feature modeling and modular design, the realization a manmachine cooperation's customized furniture quickly design of CAD / CAPP system, system in a number of enterprise applications, to improve design’s speeds and production management level, completed agile manufacturing target , achieved remarkable results.
