On the Condition of Scientific Research Development through Evaluating Projects of Technical Novelty Consultation

Based on the novelty consultation data from 2007 to 2008 in Shaanxi Institute of Science and Technology Information,statistical analysis of the reports of the technical novelty consultation has been done from the aspect of the purposes,nature of the clients,grades,the distribution of the subjects and time of the novelty consultation.The results show that the number of enterprises′ novelty consultation in Shaanxi Province is bigger,especially the novelty consultation of technical projects,the communication and transportation engineering and Power and Electrical Engineering being the predominant subjects.
