The invention provides a heavy-duty gas turbine temperature control method based on fuzzy immune proportional integral control, and relates to gas turbine temperature control. According to the method, a certain single-axial gas turbine model is taken as a reference to simulate practical exhaust temperature, the deviation of an exhaust temperature set value and the actual exhaust temperature is input into a fuzzy immune proportional integral controller, and fuel amount is changed by changing a fuel stroke standard. The method combines fuzzy control, immune control and proportional integral control, enables temperature control to be adapted to nonlinearity, uncertainty and other problems, and has good dynamic and static performance. Compared with a traditional method, the method is high in control precision, small in overshoot, strong in anti-interference performance, strong in robustness, and capable of preventing damage of turbine blades caused by excessive temperature of the front portion of a turbine and facilitating prolonging of service life of a unit.
