Prinzmetal's angina with extensive spasm of the right coronary artery.

A patient with Prinzmetal's angina had extensive spasm of the right coronary artery, demonstrated by coronary arteriography. Additionally, there were less severe narrowings (50 percent) in the diagonal and circumflex arteries probably due to atherosclerosis. Improvement has occurred on long-acting nitrite therapy.
