Pesticide Injection Using Micro-Synchronization Pump in Sprayers

A type of speed-flow synchronized injection-type pesticide mixing technology was studied. This technology involved a pesticide mixing system combining a micro-synchronized solenoid injection pump with a column / piston pump. A solenoid pump driven by engine synchronous signal pumped in a proportion of concentrated pesticide and injected the chemical either into the water tank of the column/piston pump to mix the pesticide with water or into the high-pressure outlet pipe where the pesticide was mixed with the water before spray, so that mixing of pesticide with water at dynamically set proportions was achieved. The dynamically set proportions of pesticide- water mix were at the same time controlled by a frequency conversion controller.
