Frequency Tunable Antenna for 4G LTE/WLAN Applications

This paper presents a frequency reconfigurable antenna capable of providing reconfigurability on five bands of LTE and one band of WLAN/WiMAX and has low profile and low cost planner structure. Its dimensions are ${60\text{x}45\text{x}1.6\text{mm}^{3}}$ The proposed antenna is suitable candidate for LTE/WAN applications because of its compact size, wide bandwidth especially in global roaming band and ease of integration with portable LTE Devices.
