An Interactive Interpretive Structural Modeling for Determining Criteria Relations

Multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) is a category of techniques for solving decision making problems based on the performance of multiple criteria. One drawback of the existing MCDM techniques is that most approaches do not consider relations among multiple criteria. In this paper, we focus on this problem of establishing and measuring different types of relations among decision criteria. We propose an Interactive Interpretive Structural Modelling (I-ISM) approach to help decision makers construct consistent criteria relations.
