The electric vehicle sub-system comprises a vehicle-mounted controller, a battery power detection module, a vehicle communication module, a motion control module and an energy receiving antenna. According to the technical scheme of the invention, during the driving process of an electric vehicle, the antenna can constantly receive the power transmitted from a charging base station to charge a vehicle-mounted battery and supply a flow of power to the electric vehicle through changing the direction thereof. In this way, the interrupted operation of the electric vehicle due to the power failure can be avoided. The purpose of power charging while working is realized.
