Grasp metrics: optimality and complexity
暂无分享,去创建一个
In this paper, we discuss and compare various metrics for goodness of a grasp. We study the relations and trade-offs among the goodness of a grasp, geometry of the grasped object, number of fingers and the computational complexity of the grasp-synthesis algorithms. The results here employ the techniques from convexity theory first introduced by the author and his colleagues.
