NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF WAVE OVERTOPPING ON A VERTICAL SEAWALL BY USING MPS METHOD

砕波・越波現象は, ジェットの水面との衝突・飛沫の発生といった水塊分裂・再合体を伴う複雑な水面の挙動に特徴付けられるので, 高解像度の水面追跡が数値モデルの必須要件である. 計算格子を用いない粒子法は, 簡潔なアルゴリズムで移流慣性項の離散化に伴う数値拡散を効率的に回避できる方法である. 本稿では, このような粒子法の利点に注目し, 砕波・越波過程の水面形の時系列および越波流量を対象とした水理実験結果や既往の自由表面流解析による計算結果との比較を通じて, 直立壁前面における砕波・越波過程への粒子法の適用性を検証する. また, 粒子法の弱点の一つである計算負荷の大きさについて, 近傍粒子検索にスクリーニングのプロセスを導入し, 計算の所要時間の大幅な短縮が可能となることを実証する.
