Method and dynamic extraction system of pulses in a noisy temporal signal

Disclosed is a system (1) for processing a noisy temporal signal (X) having an amplitude and pulse set of different duration, comprising a processing unit (4) of the signal acquired by a detector for detecting the pulses, said unit being configured to perform a highpass filtering of the acquired signal and comparing the acquired signal filtered with a threshold (S) for detecting a pulse when the filtered acquired signal is above the threshold, characterized in that the processing unit (4) is further configured to dynamically adjust the threshold noise level affecting the acquired filtered signal. The invention also relates to the method implemented by the processing unit, and software implementation.
