A Framework of Proposed Intelligent Tool for Constructing Concept Map

Because of the importance and significant effects of the concept map as a learning strategy, there should be tools facilitating its construction. This construction is one of the most time consuming activities since learning process had started. Although some tools were developed over the last few years to help learners save time, yet they did not meet the expectations, for they were complicated and time consuming. In this paper, we propose a new intelligent tool for automating the construction of concept map depending on the learners' understanding. The produced concept map, afterwards, could be enhanced by the learners through adding; removing or merging concepts in order to adapt his/her background knowledge. This tool will assist in diagnosis and remediation learning strategy based on concept map.
