LAYOUT PLANNING SCHEME EVALUATION MODEL ABOUT COMPREHENSIVE HUB PASSENGER STATIONS

Aiming at the layout planning scheme selection problem about comprehensive hub passenger stations, this paper puts forward an evaluation model based on space vector norm. It establishes a layout planning scheme evaluation index system about comprehensive hub passenger stations from six aspects, which are scale adaptability, development reservation, and coordination with urban traffic, connection with arterial road network, construction investment efficiency and urban traffic interference. On the basis of determination on the index weight vector according to data dispersion, it adopts functional theory to construct a selection and evaluation model and realizes calculation of evaluation value and prioritization on the alternative scheme. At last, it proves the feasibility of the model by examples. The selection and evaluation of the layout scheme about road passenger transport hub is an important step in the comprehensive hub planning. The decision makers should select the corresponding indexs from different aspects as well as grade and prioritize the layout scheme of the station. The existing evaluation methods mainly include grey weighted association method, importance decision making method based on attributes reduction of rough set and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Both said methods have some disadvantages, for example, the grey weighted association method overly depends on the experience of experts, and importance decision making method based on attributes reduction of rough set needs to design the advantages and disadvantages of the scheme which caused inverted sequence on the decision making logically, while fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method requires the decision makers to conduct total order arrangement on the evaluation scheme, but it is difficult to realize that owing to the limitation of the decision makers' ration and the complication of the problem.
