Study on an Exact Equivalent Model of DPFC

In order to simplify the distributed power flow controller and study its external characteristics, the working principle and topology of the distributed power flow controller are analyzed, and the 3rd harmonic current is taken as the bridge of energy exchange on the series parallel side. Then the dual-loop decoupling control strategy of the distributed power flow controller is proposed, as well as its equivalent mathematical model is established, and thus realizing the independent control of both active and reactive power flows for the power transmission line. The grid-connected simulation model of the distributed power flow controller is constructed in the Advanced Digital Power System Simulator (ADPSS) to verify the correctness of the proposed equivalent model and its role in the power flow regulation of the power system.
