Adaptive Management of Digitalization Projects for Efficiency Increasing

The development of digitalization processes, make them too complex and creates problems for managing such projects. We assume that project management problems are associated with hidden threats to the timely completion of individual tasks and, accordingly, projects as a whole and the ability to adequately address this problem due to limited project resources. An adaptive method for improving decision-making in project management based on specifying the causes of errors in changing the process parameters and / or changing resource is substantiated. To reduce uncertainty, an information model of the dynamic state of project work and resources is formed, on the basis of which decisions are made taking into account the assumptions about losses that may be incurred by the project owner, managing at every step.
