Server push messaging system in the ip-based vessel satellite communications

The present invention relates to a server message push system enabling a user to automatically and rapidly receive a message from a land server without a random communication connection to the land server. According to the present invention, it is possible to concurrently transmit urgent messages en bloc to many designated ships through a push message automation function under restricted marine satellite communication environments such as highly expensive charges of satellite communications, faults in the satellite communications, and manual connections to the satellite communications and in distinct environmental conditions fraught with a lot of danger in sea navigation. Therefore, time and costs can be reduced by replacement of information delivery means and a means for easily delivering certain information to a specific user as well as for delivering the information to multiple users en block without repetition can be provided. Accordingly, work efficiency can be improved and communication expenses can be reduced since the server message push system can replace an existing marine satellite voice call for the information delivery and an email function requiring the manual connections.
