철도시설공사의 효율적인 진도관리를 위한 공정 변동 예측 시스템 개발

By becoming larger railway project, activities which consist of the project have been increasing and each activity is closely related. Therefore, to efficiently perform progress control of the overall project, review of progress rate needs to be considered by comparing real progress ratio to plan progress ratio and analyzing precedence relationship of each activity. This study suggests methodology enables managers to carry out the progress control by reviewing literature, and develops a schedule fluctuation forecasting system based on suggested methodology.
