Passive solar retrofit of all glass office buildings

The energy conservation and passive solar analysis and retrofit of the CMU Administration Building - Warner Hall is discussed. The step-by-step procedure developed to achieve the retrofit of this all-glass office building is described herein to give owners and managers of any glass office building (from 6 to 60 stories high) the audit approach to energy conservation and passive solar retrofit design.
