Dans un article precedent [7], nous avons defini un q-analogue des nombres de Genocchi medians H 2n+1 . Dans cet article nous demontrons un q-analogue d'un resultat de Barsky [1] sur l'etude 2-adique des nombres de Genocchi medians.
