Spatial-Temporal Change and Determinants of Fertility in Bihar

Tourism is one of the fastest growing industries in the world. It has become one of the vital issues of economic and social benefits to the society. This paper identifies the impact of tourism in Bhutan, different motivational factors which may directly or indirectly influence the tourists’ motivation. The primary objective of this study includes the growth, development and emergence of tourism potentials in Bhutan, in particular, as well as to analyze the tourist flow pattern and also examine the existing and future requirement in the motivational point of view. For the fulfillment of the purposed objective, data for the study were collected through pre -structured questionnaire. The sample size was restricted to 60 tourists. Targeted population of this research work is the tourists visiting Bhutan in the month of April. Information gathered about tourists’ motivational factors include cultural and religious factors, tourism amenities factors, destination factors, quality of service etc. The major findings of this paper show, the basic influencing factors of tourism in Bhutan and then identifying the areas which needs attention for tourism industry development. In terms of the present scenario of the above factors, how to attract more tourists and promoting infrastructural requirement for better tourism service to improve the level of tourists’ motivation. This study is relevant for balancing the demand and supply of tourism motivational requirement indicators which can offer better tourism service excellence in Bhutan. It will also play a vital role in terms of the policy implication and to analyze the impact for attaining sustainable tourism development in Bhutan.
