Some switching schemes for quasilinear singular perturbation problems

Abstract Two finite-difference schemes on equidistant mesh for singularly perturbed quasilinear boundary value problems are proposed. The schemes switch automatically from one midpoint scheme to another, or to the central scheme and vice versa, on purpose to achieve second-order accuracy.
