무인 헬기용 하부 스와시 플레이트의 열간 단조공정해석

Lower swash plate is a essential part for exact driving of unmanned helicopter. And it is usually produced by machining. During the flight this part should be operated under cyclic loading condition. In this research, therefore, hot forging process of lower swash plate has been studied to improve it's proof stress against repeated loading of the product. Design parameters such as effective stress, effective strain and distribution of damage have been considered in the forming analysis.
