Computing Dissimilarity Between Hand-drawn Sketches and Digitized Images

This paper presents a new technique for computing dissimilarity between a sketch drawn by a user and a digitized image. Our method is based on local features extracted after performing a segmentation, whose results are stored in a multilayer structure. Dissimilarity is then computed between layers of the structure.
