A novel organizational design methodology based on the theory of information granulation

In this paper, we proposed a novel organizational design methodology based on the theory of information granulation. The three phases of this organizational design process are proposed. And the mathematical formulation and solution approach of the first phase are investigated. The numerical example shows the better performance of our design methodology.
