Spacecraft Robust Attitude Control With Saturation Nonlinearity

The paper presents a robust nonlinear ∞ H control design method for rigid spacecraft asymptotic attitude control with input saturation nonlinearity. The solution of the nonlinear ∞ H control problem is known to related to the existence of solution to a Hamilton-Jacobi partially differential inequality (HJPDI). The papers proposes a candidate solution to the HJPDI for spacecraft attitude control that is subject to nonlinear dynamics and input saturation. The method is applied to the ROCSAT-3 attitude control problem to verify its effectiveness.
