Multichannel Signal Enhancement in the STFT Domain

In Chapter , we exploited the temporal (and spectral) information from a single sensor signal to derive different variable span (VS) linear filters for noise reduction in the STFT domain. In this chapter, we exploit the spatial information available from signals picked up by a determined number of microphones at different positions in the acoustics space in order to mitigate the noise effect . The processing is performed in the STFT domain.
