Taking a hydropower station which contains Francis hydroelectric generating set as an example,by solving the Reynolds Equation for getting bearing dynamic parameters,CFD numerical simulation of full port is used to calculate the hydraulic unbalance force.Average velocity of the Muszynska model is used to describe the runner seal force and the equivalent stiffness and damping of the sealing ring are calculated.Based on the rotating parts in the hydraulic unit,the electromagnetic coupling effect of unbalanced force and mechanical force dynamic characteristic analysis,obtained the unit of six order models,model-and-generator axis vibration conditions,have a certain guiding significance for the design of rotor systems.
