Discussion on Training Model of the Practical Graduate Talents for Printing Engineering Major

In the study,the discipline construction of the printing engineering major was analyzed firstly.On this basis,the two important discipline features of the printing engineering major were concluded:Cross Discipline and Dual Character. And the two training levels for the academic and practical talents were proposed.Then,according to the training target of the practical talents,the training model of practical talents for printing engineering major was discussed in considerable detail. Firstly the quality requirements for practical talents were discussed from three aspects;knowledge,ability and quality.Then the corresponding teaching system construction was discussed from three aspects:theoretical teaching system,practice teaching system and quality development system.Finally,the construction of professional teaching staff was discussed.
