300km/h 급 동(Cu)전차선의 피로 안전율에 관한 연구

As developing technique of railroad car, the speed of railroad car tend to keep increasing. The contact wire which supplies electric power that is essential to drive the railroad car plays an important part with pantograph. Therefore, the safety also should be guaranteed. However, the earlier studies about contact wire are most about wear damage more than fatigue life because life of wear damage is shorter than fatigue life. But, in the past, reported the accident which was due to fatigue, the importance of fatigue life rears up. In Korea, Kang et al. evaluated the fatigue life of contact wire. From that results of fatigue test of structure of contact wire, using Goodman, Gerber and S.W.t. equations, the allowable strains are obtained respectively and the safety factors of copper contact wire of 300km/h class are calculated. Also, through acquired safety factor, the contact wire of 300km/h class is evaluated.
