In the process of structure optimiza tion of the dual tire vulcanizer,we p ut forward the combi-nation of ANSYS and Guide -Weight Criterion Method.This method has good effective and qu ickly conver-gent,generally can attain very distinct effect only five to seven iterat ion.It greatly improves efficiency and quality of design.
