Drying-out Technology for Large-scale Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler

The drying-out of circulating fluidized bed(CFB)boiler is a crux for sintering a large amount of refractory and wear- resistant materials in furnace of CFB boiler into formation,and achieving flame resistance,abrasion resistance,thermal shock stability and high-temperature compressive strength.Combining with the drying-out experience of boilers for 2x300MW units in Qinhuangdao power plant,the technological process and problems needing to pay attention of flameless drying-out of large-scale CFB boilers have been emphatically presented.
