Trajectory Optimization of SAR Imaging Guidance based on Radau Pseudospectral Method

To solve the trajectory optimization problem in missile-borne synthetic aperture radar(SAR) terminal guidance imaging period,an optimization method based on Radau pseudospectral method is proposed.Firstly, trajectory optimization model is established. Its object function is the dwell time SAR fixed resolution needs, and the constraints include SAR imaging constraints and missile overload constraints.Secondly,Radau pseudospectral method is used to transcribe original continuous-time trajectory optimization problem to a nonlinear programming problem, which is solved by sequential quadratic programming algorithm.Simulation results show that,Radau pseudospectral method can rapidly solve this trajectory optimization problem, and can get a smooth trajectory.Compared with direct shooting method,it has the merits of high accuracy, high speed and low sensitive to initial value.
