Fuzzy Self-organizing Nueral Network and Its Application in Data Fusion Target Recognition

A fuzzy self organizing nueral network(FSNN) model for data fusion in the target recognition field is presented in this paper. The FSNN include the fuzzy C mean algorithm and KOHONEN nueral network algorithm. We can get more correct recognition rate about 7% from the fusion algorithm than from any single senor.
