Method and user equipment for receiving system message

The invention discloses a method and user equipment (UE) for receiving system message. The method comprises that the UE adjusts the frame boundary offset between Long Term Evolution (LTE) and Bluetooth of itself to be a given value Y or not to be a given value X, wherein the given value X is a value in the range of [0.625, 1], or a value in the range of [1.875, 2.25], or a value in the range of [3.125, 3.5], the given value Y is the other value out of the range of the value X in the range of [0, 3.75]; the UE implements the wireless transmission of the Bluetooth and the reception of the LTE system message according to the adjusted offset. The invention solves the problem that when the LTE and the Bluetooth coexist in the same UE, the UE can not receive the system message or can not receive the system message in time because of the interference of the Bluetooth to the LTE and thus the user experience is influenced.
