파밍가든과 헬스케어 기능복합형 커뮤니티센타의 계획 연구

In the process of industrialization, apartments for about 7.8 million households have been constructed in Korea and most of them were supplied in mass construction from the viewpoint of production efficiency. Recently, owing to crisis in ecosystem, socio-demographic changes, and development toward diverse society, many people opine that residential culture of apartment has to be reviewed completely from the viewpoint of life quality of life and socially intergrated society. This research indicates the necessity and utility of community farming garden and health care center from various viewpoints as alternatives for conventional community spaces which would become a milestone in innovating congregate housing culture in the process of apartment redevelopment, and proposed a new space model as an addition. Document analysis technique was adopted as research method. The effectiveness of the suggested center was verified from the viewpoints of restoration of community culture, meeting for the needs of aging society with low birth rate, development toward welfare society, and responding to ecological crisis, and planning principle for space model were generated. Besides, in order to show applicability of these planning principles, a visual model was planned and provided with an existing apartment as a target case of remodeling.
