Das Onkozytom der Niere

1 Die angiographischeri Befunde von 10 Patienten mit renalem Onkozytom werden bescl-iricben. Charakteristische Zeichen sind: Fehlen von Gefäßummaucrung, Celaßabbrüclien, arteriovenösen Kurzschlußverbindungen und Kontrastmittelseen (%U). Radspeichenstruktur der TurnorgefäUe (YIo). Homogene Tumorkonlrastierung in der kapilläreri Phase W o ) . Gute Abgrenzbarkeit zur Niere und Umgebung (9h0). Peritumoraler Halo (%o). Ergibt sich bei der compui.ertomographischen Untersuchung einer ronalen Raumbrderung der Verdacht auf das Vorliegen eines Onkozytoms ('rcil I der Arbeit), sollte zur Erhärtung der Diagnose und zur Planung des operativen Vorgehens eine Angiographie durchgeführl werden.
