The application study of stochastic service system in demand prediction of the mechanical equipment maintenance and support

Based on the requirement of improvement of the mechanical equipment maintenance and support, and considering the actual demand prediction and decision-making problem of equipment maintenance and support, the stochastic service system theory was used in this paper. The basic principle, distribution rules, representation methods, main models and measurement indicators of the stochastic service system model were systematically analyzed, demand prediction and decision-making method for equipment maintenance and support based on the constrain condition of support efficiency were proposed. The concept of loss function for equipment maintenance and support was established based on the examples of the equipment maintenance and support. The decision-making problem of equipment maintenance and support under complex constrain condition was solved, and the test was performed based on the decision strategy to verify the feasible and effective of the method. The conclusions of the research have a great practical meaning to innovate the demand prediction and decision-making method for equipment maintenance and support, and to improve the development of the good equipment maintenance and support.
