Quality Metrics to Accompany Spike Sorting of Extracellular Signals

Studies of neuronal activity throughout the brain predominantly rely on extracellular recordings of spiking activity. These records often contain action potentials from more than one neuron, so it is imperative to discriminate the spikes that originate from separate neurons. The process of
